Police announced that more than a dozen people were stuck in a vehicle at SeaWorld, San Diego.

Police in San Diego told FOX5 News that about six gondolas had stopped working Monday night after a strong gust of wind triggered a "Bayside Skyride" circuit breaker. Authorities estimate between 15 and 30 people, some in gondolas hanging over the water.

The National Weather Service said it was about 49 degrees in San Diego at the time. Fire officials said a gust of wind had triggered a circuit breaker.

The San Diego Fire Department is working on rescuing passengers.
