Stevens said that she started her business eight years ago. About two years ago, Frogs & Frills launched new products and increased from a few thousand orders a year to over a thousand orders overnight.

"At this point, we have shipped 19,300 orders, so that's only a small percentage of complaints," Stevens said, adding that she was working to respond to customer complaints to BBB.
