Opera for Android gives you the ability to quickly disable ad blocking.

Blocking ads on mobile web browsers is relatively common, but it's also awkward to disable it to support a favorite site (or, let's be honest, to avoid a warning "turn off your ad blocker"). Opera thinks you can win by making this process as easy as possible. It publishes Opera 50 for Android with an advertising blocker that you can alternate site by site. Just turn on or turn off a slider: you do not have to think of a whitelist or completely disabling ad blocking.
