Oregon quarterback Anthony brown suffered an undisclosed injury and did not return for the second half of Oregon’s No.4 game against Stony Brook.

Brown took back-to-back sacks to close the first half of the game, and the Pac-12 network show saw Brown wince in unease as he made his way to the locker room. When the Ducks returned to the field in the second half, he was not with the team and had remained in the Oregon locker room.

Statistically, Brown was having his best game as a Duck during the first half of the game. He completed 14 of 17 passes for 159 yards and a touchdown. He had a quarterback rating of 170.3 at halftime. Brown also added a nine-yard touchdown run.

Oregon inserted a freshman quarterback Ty thompson in place of Brown to start the third quarter.

This story will be updated after the game.
