Outriders provides support details and information for upcoming demo players

Are you looking forward to playing Outriders demo tomorrow? If so, Square Enix has posted information on the official Reddit and Steam forums to help gamers submit bug reports and understand what the team can and can’t do.

Support announcements provide an abundance of information and links so that players essentially have one-stop shopping for all their Outriders Needs. Some of the links direct players to Square Enix support, while others link players to the Outriders Status Page, to see if the servers are even online for base game or multiplayer.

There are also dedicated links to an Xbox One patch coming out early next week, which aims to improve multiplayer stability, and fix several bugs. The team also knows what players can expect to change between the demo version they’re currently playing and what could possibly change when it launches on April 1.st:

We will be able to:

  • Fix any reported bugs that we are able to reproduce on our end. We aim to be able to patch the demo to fix important issues, although this must be carefully balanced to ensure that our full game launch stays on track.
  • Balance the game using player feedback and our own telemetry, including obviously out of balance gear or skills, or the extent of difficulty in moving through different levels around the world.

We can not:

  • Implement new features or change features entirely based on feedback from the demo

– Toby Palm, Senior Community Manager, Square Enix – Outriders

The demo version of Outriders will be available from February 25 but will continue even after the game launches on April 1st.
