OxygenOS updates 10.0.11 and 10.0.6 are currently rolling out for the OnePlus 7/7 Pro and OnePlus 7T respectively as final versions based on Android 10 for both sets of hardware.
For those who aren’t comfortable with the recently released versions of OxygenOS 11 Open Beta, this will likely be the final stable releases before you officially update to Android 11. OxygenOS 10.0.11 and 10.0.16 are pretty much the same and only add the January 2021 security patch alongside the updated September 2020 GMS package.
Both updates were announced on the official OnePlus forums (1.2). It should be noted that the update will arrive under the name OxygenOS 10.3.8 for those in India.
As we continue to collect feedback for our Android 11 Open Beta, we are bringing you one latest stable update based on Android 10 to make sure your phone is up to date with security patches.
We are starting to push the gradual deployment of OxygenOS 10.3.8 [India & Global] for OnePlus 7 now. OxygenOS 10.0.11 [EU] for the OnePlus 7 and 10.3.8 [India & Global] / OxygenOS 10.0.11 [EU] for the OnePlus 7 Pro will follow soon.
You can check out the merged changelogs below:
OxygenOS 10.0.11 and 10.0.16 for OnePlus 7/7 Pro, OnePlus 7T update changelog
System
- Android security patch update to 2021.01
- GMS package updated to 2020.09
OTA updates should be available now for those who are still running stable versions of Android 10 on their OnePlus 7 or OnePlus 7T hardware. It’s also worth noting that OnePlus doesn’t explicitly mention the OnePlus 7T Pro, but we believe the update is available for the slightly forgotten handset. You can also extract the OxygenOS 10.0.11 or 10.0.16 update by going to Settings> System Updates.
