PHILADELPHIA (AP) – Winter conditions in the Commonwealth resulted in closures and transportation restrictions in Pennsylvania.
The City of Philadelphia announced the closing of the office at 1 pm Wednesday, as the weather forecast predicted what officials call a complicated "evening trip". Philadelphia's public and Catholic schools announced their closure earlier. A "blue code" is in effect, which means that extra homeless teams will encourage homeless people to enter their homes.

The Pennsylvania Transportation Department has announced speed restrictions at 45 mph on certain highways and parts of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority is adjusting to accommodate early commuters.
Amtrak had previously announced changes to its Keystone service between New York and Harrisburg.
Philadelphia International Airport reports delays and cancellations of flights.
