Packers QB Aaron Rodgers confirms van beer case video

GREEN BAY, Wisconsin (WBAY) – A video of Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers in the back of a pickup truck with a case of beer has spread on social media. No.12 confirmed on Friday that the video was legitimate.

“Yeah, that was me,” Rodgers tweeted. He said the truck belonged to LT David Bakhtiari … as did the “soggy beer cases”.

The video was posted on TikTok and Twitter. It shows Rodgers in the bed of a red GMC truck, turning towards Oneida St near Lambeau Field. The person driving behind them makes a video, and Rodgers is holding a Bud Light case.

Pat McAfee played the video on Friday’s show and Rodgers tweeted confirmation that it was him.

Former Packer AJ Hawk says it’s not unusual in Green Bay. “He comes back to Lambeau after training. It’s the little trip you have to do in your pads, so you just jump in the back of someone’s truck, ”Hawk told McAfee.
