Packers raise Mike Weber and De’Jon Harris from practice squad for week 12

The Green Bay Packers still have two players on the reserve / COVID-19 roster as they head into their Week 12 game against the Chicago Bears. Running back AJ Dillon and linebacker Krys Barnes remain on the reserve list, keeping the Packers short in depth at those two positions.

As a result, the Packers have once again raised a pair of players to the practice team’s active roster for the game. This week’s players are running back Mike Weber and linebacker De’Jon “Scoota” Harris.

This will be Weber’s second straight game high on the active roster, as he served as an emergency option in the backfield in last Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts. However, Weber didn’t see the pitch in attack or on special teams. Harris is also high for the second time, as he played on special teams in Week 4 for the Packers against the Atlanta Falcons. Harris will likely compete on special teams again after James Burgess lands on the reserve injured this week.

Stay tuned on Sunday night for the full Packers inactive roster, which will be released approximately 90 minutes before kickoff.
