Packers shoot down Rams, 32-18, to advance to NFC title game

GREEN BAY – The Packers qualified for their second straight NFC Championship game with a 32-18 win on Saturday over the Rams in the division round at Lambeau Field.

The Packers were leading by seven in the fourth quarter when quarterback Aaron Rodgers caught up with WR Allen Lazard, who had lost a potentially important game earlier in the second period, for a 58-yard touchdown giving Green Bay a two-point lead. again.

Rodgers finished 23 of 36 for 296 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions for a rating of 108.1 passers.

The Packers’ runner was productive all game, with RB Aaron Jones scoring 99 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries. RB Jamaal Williams added 65 yards on 12 attempts.

For the Rams, quarterback Jared Goff finished 21 of 27 for 174 yards and a touchdown for 105.9. RB Cam Akers had 18 rushes for 90 yards and a touchdown, while no one for LA had more than 65 receiving yards.
