On April 4, 2019, at approximately 7:40 pm, police arrested Isaak, Washburn, on four counts of murder committed by AA Felony.

Police said on April 1, 2019 that police had responded to a medical call to RJR Maintenance and Management. Officials said that when they arrived at the scene, they discovered that four people had died. Police said the victims had either stab wounds or gunshot wounds.

Police opened an investigation and examined video surveillance.
