We’ve got the final injury reports for the Carolina Panthers and Minnesota Vikings as we get closer to Sunday’s game at US Bank Stadium between the two teams. Let’s take a look at what the two teams put in there, starting with the visiting team.

Carolina Panthers Week 12 injury report

Alex armah FB Ankle FP FP FP
Teddy Bridgewater QB Knee FP FP FP
Dj moore WR Shoulder FP FP FP

Quite a few players classified as “doubtful” for the Panthers. Star running back Christian McCaffrey is the biggest name in that group, but the buzz seems to be that the team is pessimistic about whether or not they will be able to go on Sunday. This would, of course, be an aid to the defense of Minnesota. Not much more heartbreaking news for the Panthers on their injury report.

Now let’s move on to the home team.

Minnesota Vikings Week 12 Injury Report

Player Position Injury Wednesday Thursday Friday Sunday Status
Player Position Injury Wednesday Thursday Friday Sunday Status
Jordan brailford OF Non-injury DNP DNP DNP Outside
Ezra Cleveland OL Ankle DNP DNP DNP Outside
Irv Smith Jr. AT Groin / back LP DNP DNP Doubtful
Brian O’Neill OT Shoulder FP FP FP
Ifeadi Odenigbo OF Shoulder / concussion DNP LP FP
Dru Samia g Non-injury DNP LP FP
Harrison smith S Neck DNP LP FP

The bad news is that Ezra Cleveland is going to miss his second game in a row with what’s known as a sprained ankle. After a strong performance against Dallas, Brett Jones will likely come back on guard on Sunday. It doesn’t look like Irv Smith Jr. will be able to go on Sunday either.

On the bright side, Harrison Smith did not receive an injury designation after missing the first practice of the week with a neck problem, so he will be available for the referee team on Sunday to throw “rough” BS flags. If they feel the need.

These are the latest injury reports for the Vikings and Panthers for Sunday’s game. We’ll have more on this one closer to kickoff.
