A Phoenix couple claims $ 10 million in damages after an undercover cop took them a gun when their 4-year-old daughter tried to pull out a Barbie doll from a Family Dollar store . Dravon Ames and his fiancée Iesha Harper told CNN that they had not noticed that their daughter had taken the doll out of the store. The family was driving to an apartment complex to drop off his daughter with a babysitter. The illegal police officer, apparently in pursuit, knocked on the door of the car and asked to go out. Ames told CNN that the officer had threatened to kill them. "Our hands are up, we're just trying not to get shot, we're trying to stay calm," said Ames. "He had a gun in his hand." The couple filmed the incident and handed it to the police. One can hear a policeman say, "When I tell you to do something, you do it fucking." The Phoenix Police Service acknowledged receipt of the complaint. "The Phoenix Police Service takes all allegations of misconduct seriously and, for this reason, the Office of Professional Standards is currently investigating this incident," the department said in a statement.
