Hotel heiress-turned-reality TV icon Paris Hilton announced Tuesday that she is undergoing IVF and is considering raising a family with her live-in lover Carter Reum.

“ We did IVF so I can pick twins if I want, ” singer I Blame You, 39, revealed on The Trend Reporter podcast with Mara.

“He’s just my dream guy … [Carter’s] 100 per cent [the one]. We are talking about [planning a wedding] all the time and plan our baby names and stuff. So, I’m really excited to take the next step in my life, and finally to have a real life.
