The game show host hit Darin McBain when the contestant answered a puzzle correctly, but then questioned the accuracy of the answer.

But then he wondered if one of his answers really had to be correct.
“Kitchen oven? What was that?’ McBain asked.
“Yeah, where would you like to keep an oven?” Sajak fired back.
McBain replied: “ Sure in the kitchen, but who calls that a ‘kitchen oven? ” ”
At this point, Sajak seemed to lose his temper as he shouted, “You won! Don’t argue, Darin! You have the puzzle! Ungrateful players, I got it!

“I’m sorry I yelled at you,” he said.
“ It’s just – I don’t remember your mother causing us problems like you did, ” he added, referring to McBain’s mother who was the three-day champion in the issue in 1982.
