Patrick Mahomes throws a ball out of Arrowhead Stadium

One thing for which a quarter of Kansas City leaders, Patrick Mahomes, is known is his incredible arm strength.

Since then, we have learned that Mahomes is more than a QB with a good arm, but it's always fun to watch him dive the ball deep down. Mahomes said casually that he could throw the ball about 80 yards away.

Bill Belichick said Mahomes could "throw the ball out of the stadium," Bill Belichick said before the Patriots' game against the Patriots in the regular season. Apparently, Belichick was not joking.

From their helicopter press, 41 Action News captured a sequence showing Mahomes throwing the ball just outside of Arrowhead Stadium. Viewing:

Serious arm strength could be a euphemism on this one. He could not get to the parking lot, but toss it over the Arrowhead Stadium video board and onto the sidewalk, well, that's crazy. At Arrowhead's highest point, it is ranked at 260 feet. Where Mahomes threw the ball is not exactly the highest point of the stadium, but Mahomes did not even take that many steps before throwing the ball. He gave her a solid, two, three, plant and throw.

It is unclear if it was for an advertisement filmed by Mahomes or if it was just messing around, but it is a feat that the NFL MVP can add to a growing list of achievements.
