A 36-year-old man from Pennsylvania now faces a murder charge on Friday after being identified as the gunman accused of shooting and killing another man outside the iconic Pat’s Steaks restaurant in Philadelphia early yesterday morning.

Paul Burkert, of Reading, also faces charges of conspiracy and tampering with evidence in the death of David Padro, a 23-year-old man from Camden, New Jersey, police told Fox News.

Tom Francano, general manager of Pat’s Steaks, told the Philadelphia Inquirer that the two had argued in part about football before the shooting – and that one of them was an Eagles fan, while the another was supporting a team from New York.
