Paul Bettany says Avengers: Endgame originally had a Vision post-credits scene

After Vision’s death in Avengers: Infinity War, Paul Bettany was one of the few actors not to return to Avengers: Endgame. Anyway, Bettany is currently back WandaVision, although Vision’s return is unclear. But in a new interview with IMDb (via IGN), Bettany revealed that he shot a post-credits scene for End of Game. However, the footage did not end up in the final film (via SuperHeroHype).

“At one point there was going to be a beacon, where [Scarlet Witch] opened some sort of body bag drawer and there was the Vision, ”Bettany explained during the“ Ask Yourself Anything ”session. “[Marvel Studios boss] Kevin [Feige] spoke to me and said, “I have to fire the shots.” And I was like “Ugh!” Because I really wanted this profit sharing!

Fortunately, Bettany reunited with her co-star, Elizabeth Olsen, on WandaVision. Marvel Studios’ first original series for Disney + propelled Wanda Maximoff and Vision into a sitcom-inspired world. For now, all we have are theories. Presumably, answers will be provided in the next episodes of the series. Hope Vision will still be alive in the end!
