Former House Speaker Paul Ryan warned that President Trump could lose the 2020 election when he manages to preserve his personality.
According to the Treasure Coast Newspapers newspaper, during a speech on Monday in Vero Beach, Florida, Ryan said, "The person who defines this race will win the race. If it's about Donald Trump and his personality, he's not going to win it. "
The former speaker would then have advised the President to focus on political and political proposals.
Notably, Trump and Ryan had a somewhat tense relationship near the end of his term due to a number of proposals from Trump's 2016 campaign campaign campaign that did not receive the necessary congressional support.

Among them is the wall along the US-Mexico border, a subject that Trump continued to lament after Ryan's departure from the House.
In January, the president told the Daily Caller: "Paul said with the greatest firmness:" Please sign this and if you do, we will send you this wall ". What our country desperately needs. Humanitarian crisis, trafficking, drugs, you know, everything – people, criminals, gangs, so, you know, we need the wall. "
"And then he went lame duck," noted Trump further.
