In case you haven’t heard yet, Office is no longer available to stream on Netflix, where it has remained a hit despite being on hiatus for years. The NBC series has moved to its permanent broadcast home on NBCUniversal’s Peacock Service, where fans can watch all nine seasons along with never-before-seen bonus footage. Office is one of the most popular TV shows and Peacock knows it, which is why the service is using the arrival of the series in any way it can to help grow its subscriber base.
In addition to simply announcing the addition of Office, Peacock now uses the television series as a barometer for its various subscriptions. When you look at the three different levels of Peacock, you will notice that they describe how many Office you can watch with each.
Peacock’s standard and free tier includes advertisements and does not include access to all content on the service. With this level you can watch the first two seasons of Office. With Peacock Premium, which costs $ 4.99 per month, you get access to every episode of Office, as well as the bonuses and extras available. Peacock Premium Plus gives you the same access for $ 9.99 per month, but removes all ads. Registrations for all options are available here.
There have been popular shows on Peacock so far, and it’s easy to get people to sign up for a streaming service when there are free and $ 5 levels. However, the addition of Office will probably be the biggest boost in the short history of the service. An entire generation has fallen in love with the series in recent years, thanks to its availability on Netflix. A lot of people will want to keep streaming it for the near future, adding to Peacock’s numbers.
Peacock is currently offering a Complete Season 3 edition of Office, each episode complete with deleted scenes that weren’t shown on TV. There are also curated playlists of Office episodes.
