Biden, from Scranton, Pa., Won the state with 50% of the vote, compared to 48.8% for Trump.
Biden received 3,459,382 votes, while Trump got 3,378,362 votes, a margin of almost exactly 80,000 votes.
Nationally, Biden is expected to win 306 electoral votes – 36 more than he needs to clinch the presidency – against 232 electoral votes for Trump.
“Today @PAStateDept certified the results of the November 3 election in Pennsylvania for the post of President and Vice President of the United States, ”Wolf wrote in his tweet.
“As required by federal law, I have signed the Certificate of Finding for the Voters List for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.”
“Once again, I want to thank the election officials who administered fair and free elections during an incredibly difficult time in our Commonwealth and in our country’s history,” Wolf added in another tweet.
“Our election officials were constantly attacked and performed admirably and honorably.”
