This isn’t the first time Wild has criticized Biden. In late August, Wild issued a statement attacking the Biden administration over the evacuation in Afghanistan, saying “the evacuation process was extremely mismanaged.”

“Moving forward, our country will need to be answered and held accountable for the cascading failures that have led us to this catastrophic moment, and I look forward to using my platform on the committee. Foreign Affairs House to get answers from the Biden administration on what went wrong, ”Wild said. “Our troops deserve nothing less than a full and unvarnished account of the truth.”

Wild is not the only Democrat in Congress to have criticized Biden. Several House Democrats have shot Biden in recent weeks. Representative Stephanie Murphy, D-Fla., Who was one of the House Democrats who wanted an immediate vote on the bipartisan infrastructure bill, told the New York Times that “the way he governs doesn’t reflect not the skills I know he must have from his years as a lawmaker. She also said it was “disappointing and frustrating” to see Biden not fight harder for the legislation he wanted.

Rep. Jim Costa, D-Calif., Also recently criticized Biden for his argument to Congress regarding infrastructure, calling it “disappointing” and saying he spent most of his time talking about the reconciliation package of 3.5 trillion dollars.

“Well if it’s not a priority for him then maybe it is not a priority period,” said Costa. “It’s a priority for me.”

Biden was thrown under the bus by Virginia Democratic candidate for governor Terry McAuliffe earlier this week, less than three months after campaigning together in Northern Virginia.

“We have to get the Democrats to vote,” McAuliffe said. “We are facing a lot of headwinds from Washington, as you know. The president is unpopular today, unfortunately here in Virginia, so we have to fend for ourselves.”
