Pep Guardiola receives the lift of a Manchester City fan

Seeing your team winning the treble is amazing for any football lover, but when you are then asked to give the elevator to your boss, it's the icing on the cake.

The BBC cameraman and big Manchester City fan Mark Hilton had just filmed the team's victory parade when he was asked to bring Pep Guardiola back to his hotel.

"I did not play cool," he said. "I had the biggest cheese smile." It was crazy.

"Once people saw it coming into my van, we were the center of attention."

Thousands of city fans gathered Monday in the streets of Manchester to celebrate the historic season of their club with an open-air parade.

The parade ended at the cathedral where the players appeared in front of the crowd.

Mr. Hilton said, "I'm about to leave the back of the media speaker." Pep and the players were at the back of the cathedral because everything was over on the stage and they just had a drink.

"I was about to leave and a security officer seized Men In Black with a city suit and a headset."

"He said" you are going? "Then I said" yes "and he said" you could not give Pep a lift, is not it? " We can not get him out. "

"I said" give him a lift at home? I'll wear it at home! "

The city boss had said that he would walk back to his hotel, but the streets were always crowded with fans and his security team was not enthusiastic about the idea. Mark was therefore more than happy to help.

"In the van, he could see that I wanted to stick his mouth, so he was going to the door, but he was very nice," he said.

"All the way, I will never believe it."

Manchester City's 6-0 victory over Watford in the FA Cup final on Saturday followed the victories of the Premier League and Carabao Cup this season.

The Guardiola team became the first English men's team to complete the national triple.
