Tuesday's performance, which was triggered when Roby failed to win the majority of votes on June 5, it was the last test Trump, who remains largely popular among conservative voters despite his defeat among Independents and Democrats.
Roby avoids becoming the third Republican House Member to lose in a primary this year. The most recent victim, Mark Sanford of South Carolina, had a well-documented history of anti-Trump comments.
