OAKLAND – The hunt for the man of a Concord man identified as a prime suspect in a double assault that has killed an Oakland woman aged 18. His sister continued her day on Monday as BART officials released her photo of the BART.
John Lee Cowell, 27, is considered dangerous, and authorities have urged anyone who sees him to call 911 immediately. He is believed to have followed Nia Wilson, 18, and his sister boarded a train at MacArthur Station and stabbed both.
Wilson died on the scene. Her sister, whom the authorities have not identified, remained hospitalized on Monday with serious injuries, the police said.
