NEW YORK – Two other suspects, including a renowned gang leader, were arrested Tuesday in the death of a 15-year-old boy from New York City. Gabriel Ramirez Concepcion, 26, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with murder, manslaughter, gang aggression and criminal possession of a weapon, the NYPD said. The NYPD announced the arrest of Concepcion a few hours after stating that Diego Suero, 29, had been arrested and charged with murder, manslaughter, gang assault, conspiracy and criminal possession of a weapon in the death of Lesandro Guzman-Feliz on June 20th. The information on Suero's lawyer was not immediately available. Guzman-Feliz, known as "Junior", dreamed of becoming a policeman and his death shocked the community
