Alicorp appoints the leaders of the company and Fino

Alicorp SAA, Latin America's leading mass consumer society, designs Juan Moreyra as General Manager of Alicorp Bolivia and Diego Moreno as Executive Director of Industrias de Aceite SA (Fino), according to a bulletin

The first general manager of Fino graduated with a degree in business administration and accounting from the Universidad del Pacfico (Peru) and an MBA from the University of Texas in Austin (United States). He was also CFO of Ransa Comercial and other Romero group companies; as director at Citigroup in New York

Under his leadership, Alicorp Bolivia will be in charge of the strategic direction of the current and future operations of the Peruvian company, ensuring its alignment with the company strategy. To provide these operations with support in key areas such as marketing management, financial services, the purchase of goods and services, systems, talent management, among others.

Concentration efforts in their current activities such as grain capture, production and sale of oils and derivatives, premium consumer products.

In this line, Diego Moreno who serves as captacin's commodity manager of the oil company, will have the responsibility to integrate and coordinate the efforts of different areas of the company assuming the role of executive director, in more to direct the milling activities.

These changes are part of Alicorp's growth strategy, the consolidation of its corporate governance model, and the potential that the company sees in the Bolivian market.
