WTVR reports that Grace Olivia Galliher would be in extreme danger after being taken by Richard W. Tester on Tuesday in Briston, Tennessee
. According to the police, both were last seen at a motel in Pulaski, Virginia. It is thought that they are heading north in a 2004 Chevrolet Blue Trailblazer bearing the Tennessee B7101V label.
Galliher has black hair and brown eyes. It measures 5'4 "and weighs about 130 pounds. The tester has brown hair and green eyes. He measures 5 "9" and weighs about 150 pounds He wears glasses
