the government authorized the

Chilean flag JetSmart Airlines SPA – with the fancy name JetSmart – to operate scheduled international passenger air services between Chile and Argentina, using large aircraft.

Resolution 499/2018, the National Administration of Civil Aviation (ANAC) reported that the airline accredited the "legal and administrative collections required by the current regulations to perform the required services." However, before starting operations, JetSmart must submit to ANAC the tariffs to be applied, the insurance of the law, the books on board and the complaints for its authorization, identical procedure corresponding to any incorporation, replacement or modification of the commercial capability of their aircraft, as well as their insurance, tariffs, change of address, base of operations and docking of flight equipment.

Similarly, the Chilean company must present the operational documentation of the aircraft to be used in the provision of authorized services, as well as another list of requirements detailed in the resolution.
