UPDATE

ORIGINAL NOTE
Today, Arbitrator E of the National Criminal Chamber, presided over by Judge Lorenzo Ilave García, will dictate the sentence imposed on members of the Movement for Amnesty and Fundamental Rights (Movadef) for apologies to terrorism.

As we recall, Movadef's leaders are responsible for writing and publishing the "Maoist Marxist-Leninist Journal".

The public prosecutor claims 12 years of imprisonment for the Movadef dome, as well as a civil and solidarity compensation of S / 100,000 and 360 days of fine.
