The Organizing Committee of the XVIII Panamerican and Parapan American Games in Lima 2019 will hold on Sunday, July 22, the celebration "A Year of Lima 2019", the largest sporting festival ever organized in the history of Peru.
There will be a total of 17 days of competitions and ceremonies, between July 26 and August 11, 2019, which will take place in 14 districts of Lima and Callao in different places such as Videna, Villa María del Triunfo Sports Complex , Villa Deportiva Regional Callao, Polideportivo Villa El Salvador, Punta Rocas, among others.
The Parapan American Games will host 1,890 athletes from 33 countries, participating in 17 sports and 18 disciplines. The competitions will take place between 23 August and 1 September 2019.
