The assets of ExxonMobil Colombia SA, associated with the activity of lubricants and which will be incorporated into the Terpel property, include the Cartagena plant, the contracts associated with the aforementioned activity, inventory, containers, raw material, laboratory equipment, distribution center equipment and shares of ExxonMobil company of Colombia Sociedad Portuaria

Terpel has sold a portion of its lubricant assets such as Maxter and Maxter Progresa to ExxonMobil which should continue to exploit them with total normality and independence. The operation required an investment of $ 41,453 million, which includes the value of buildings of the Bucaramanga City lubricants production plant and other assets, product stocks finished subject to a possible readjustment.
