" The Artist of the Year " will have a new record of competitors in his second season. Gisela Valcárcel announced Saturday, at the first contest, the incorporation of three new participants: the actress Ebelin Ortiz, the singer John Kelvin and the former Miss Peru candidate Mirella Paz.
