Changes to Enel, the parent company of
Edesur
: Maurizio Bezzeccheri leaves the direction of the Argentine subsidiary to take the general direction of the Americas. He will be replaced in the country by Nicola Melchiotti, who will officially take office on 1 August.

Melchiotti holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a master's degree in engineering from the Ecole Supérieure de l'Electricité (France) and a diploma from Politecnico di Milano (Italy). Between 2010 and 2016, he was Regional Manager for Mexico and Central America at Enel Green Power, the company's division specializing in renewable energy.
He worked for two years at the European Reform of Brussels, where he headed the Public Affairs and Regulatory Affairs Team for Enel
