The ninth liberal circuit supports the right to carry firearms in public, in the latest pro-2nd amendment decision

The Ninth Circuit's Liberal Appeal Court approved the right of individuals to carry firearms in public in a decision rendered Tuesday, overturning the argument of a lower court that the Constitution only protects this right in his country.
