California police said she was looking for the captured man on a surveillance video that allegedly stole a dog in front of a San Francisco market this weekend.
The owner of the dog, Jenny Seta, announced Saturday on Facebook that her golden retriever, Lily, was stolen in front of the Nijiya market in Japantown. She said it happened Saturday around 5 pm
"I went to the market for less than ten minutes. She was waiting outside the market. She was safe, Seta told Fox News. "When I went out, she was gone and I asked the store to watch their surveillance footage and that's when we saw the video of the man who was taking it."
When asked what his initial reaction was, Seta replied to Fox News: "It was only a nightmare."

She added, "My immediate thought was that someone stole and I really thought I would never see her again."
However, Seta did not give up.
Seta stated that she had recorded the video of the market surveillance system and forwarded it to the San Francisco Police Department. She also posted the video on her Facebook page.
Seta asked people to share the video and keep an eye on her dog and the sellers of Golden Retrievers.

She said that she had received several tips and that she was going to areas where people reported seeing Lily.

"Lily is 5 years and 11 months old and weighs about 60 pounds," Seta wrote on her Facebook page. "She is small and thin for a walleye and very affectionate and affectionate."
Seta told Fox News that she had spent more than eight hours Sunday walking and driving in San Francisco in search of her dog.
