Tom Brady earned an additional $ 2.25 million in the 2020 Buccaneers playoffs. However, that’s $ 960,000 more than he got from the government which is currently making waves.
A Change.org petition to get Brady to repay the money TB12 received from the Pandemic Paycheck Protection Program has generated more than 160,000 signatures.
The effort has also created a decent amount of media coverage, which will likely result in more signings.
News of the specific amount received by the Brady Company first surfaced in December.
Will he return the money? Probably not. But it will be interesting to see how high the number of signatures is.
