Petito family lawyer says Brian Laundrie used Gabby’s debit card after her death

Brian Laundrie, former fiancé of van life blogger Gabby Petito, used his debit card three days after he was last seen alive, according to Petito’s family lawyer. Federal authorities allege that he accessed the card and account between August 30 and September 1. Petito was last seen on August 27. Laundrie returned to Florida alone in Petito’s van after the couple embarked on a cross-country trip, and her remains were discovered in late September. The Teton County Coroner said his death was a homicide. Laundrie was named as a person of interest and has disappeared himself.
