Pacific Gas & Electric, a Northern California company, says it will not pay $ 130 million in bonuses to employees because of its recent bankruptcy filing.
The San Francisco Chronicle reported Saturday that Acting Director General John Simon on Friday raised the deadly fires and precarious financial state of California in an internal email sent to workers Friday.
