I do not know about you, but when I want to laugh, cry, and wish to be unmarried forever and never be ready to mingle, I am happy to sit with a beautiful romance com. Sometimes you need a gentle reminder that happy ends exist. But with so many choices, finding a movie can take longer than watching one. Annoying, right? Well, there is a solution. Check out the comments. There are Rotten tomatoes of comparable quality, and believe me, the list is impressive.
So, if you're as indecisive as I am and you do not want your ice melting deciding what to watch, you're lucky. I have browsed Rotten Tomatoes and compiled a list of seven rom-com to see, all with over 90 percent of the notes. Obviously, the Tomatometer is not alpha and omega when it comes to evaluating movies, but it helps when you really can not choose.
At a time when there are too many options that will probably end up feeling overwhelmed, this list will at least make your decision a little easier. So, sit down, grab this ice cream bath, and get ready to have your eyes open and your heart warmed up with these fantastic rom-coms.
1 & # 39; The Great Patients & # 39; (98%)
What's more romantic than a rom-com adapted from a true love story? Directed by Michael Showalter and written by Emily V. Gordon and Kumail Nanjiani, The Big Sick is loosely based on how Gordon and Nanjiani met for the first time, dealing with Gordon's sudden illness and differences cultural differences between the couple.
The Big Sick deliciously traverses familiar rom-com tropes while combining unique aspects with the history of Nanjiani and Gordon IRL. It's hilarious, devastating and comforting, and just a perfect movie that feels real .
No wonder he has an almost perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes.

2 "Annie Hall" (97%)
A Role Specifically Written for the Legendary Diane Keaton Annie Hall follows Alvy Singer (Woody Allen), a man who wants to understand why his relationship with the eponymous Annie Hall has ended, and what he must do to change the outcome.
Regarded by the BFI as ] the film that "changed the face of the romantic comedy", the film broke many rules in the genre, such as focusing solely on the emotions of the 39, love and loss, and give a unique personal attribution)
Watch any rom-com published after 1977, and you'll be sure to find at least a few small nods to Annie Hall .

3 & nbsp; Groundhog Day & # 39; (96 per cent)
I do not know about you, but Groundhog Day is one of those movies that I could literally watch repeat and do not never get bored of – which is really ironic, because that's what Phil Connors (Bill Murray) was to last for 33 years and 350 days, according to WhatCulture .
How does Connors end this curse of listening to Sonny and Dear I have had Babe for that long? Falling in love with Andie MacDowell of course, who embodies the journalist Rita Hanson.
Groundhog Day is more than just a rom-com – it demonstrates how love can ultimately change a person … and stop a monotonous time loop in the process.

If you like to watch relationships flourish in Love Island then you're I adore Four weddings and funerals .
Directed by Mike Newell and written by Richard Curtis ( Bridget Jones's Diary, Love Actually ), the film follows the dashing Charles (Hugh Grant) and his group of close friends who cross, Well, four weddings and funerals, where Charles continually meets American Carrie (Andie MacDowell), and ends up falling in love with the girl.
Obviously, their love story does not unfold as well as you would have liked, but the witty dialogue and fashion sense of the '90s makes it a true comedy British

Sadly one of the last films of James Gandolfini's career, Enough Said is a charming romantic comedy between two divorced Albert (Gandolfini) and Eva (Julia Louis-Dreyfus).
Eva, massage therapist, meets Albert at a party and starts a relationship, only to realize that he is the ex-husband of his friend and client Marianne (Catherine Keener). Embarrassing.
Similar to The Big Sick author and director Nicole Holofcener based the screenplay partly on her own life, adding a similar realism note to a love story .
