MANILA, Philippines – Filipinos remain "neutral" on the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL), according to a survey of social weather stations released Friday night July 20.
The bill became known as the Bangsamoro Organic Law after both chambers reconciled their versions and the poll was made from June 27 to 30.
In its second quarter survey, the SWS indicated that 31% were in agreement and 28% disagreed that Congress should pass the BBL. Meanwhile, 40% of respondents were undecided on the question
