Do not you sometimes want to be able to say something to someone without having to call him? Well, now you can. The feature is currently deployed to all users, in LinkedIn Messaging, on iOS and Android; so you should get it very soon. As Zack Hendlin, Senior Product Manager of LinkedIn, explains in a recent article,

"Whether you answer by walking or multitasking, or you need to give a detailed explanation, voice messages leave you more easily and easily. more quickly communicate in your own voice, with your connections. "

On-the-Go Messaging

The new voicemail feature will help people send messages easily and explain longer, more complex ideas without having to type and edit the messages. As Hendlin explains, this is what is useful when you are traveling and you do not have time to stop and type.

You can leave someone a voice message on his phone, but what if you do not do it? Do not have his phone number? Just leave a voicemail message on LinkedIn. In addition, the new feature allows people to build more personal connections and communicate effectively because it is easier for their tone and personality to pass. This can sometimes be lost in translation in written communications.

To use voicemail, simply press the microphone icon in the mobile messaging keyboard, press and hold the microphone in the circle to record your voice message and then release your finger to to send. If you do not want to send a message right away, simply slide your finger away from the microphone icon while holding it down.
