Irene Ong's village chief of President Roxas, City Proper, Iloilo City was the winner of the presidential race of the Liga ng mga Barangay-Iloilo City.
Ong got 154 votes to defeat his rivals Pascual Espinosa IV of San Juan, Molo (20 votes) and Efren Gimeo of Jalandoni Estate, Lapuz (1 vote).
The election was held at the Grand Hotel Iloilo and was Roberto Niño Jr. got 165 votes to capture the vice presidency
For the position of auditor, Madonna Martin de Concepcion, City Proper won a surprise victory after getting 74 votes against Marilyn Payunan of Tabuc Suba, Jaro (69 votes), and Darme Grace Ventura of Sinikway, Lapuz (31 votes).
The board of directors is composed of Mark Ryan Acap of Mohon, Arevalo (148 votes), Eliezar Villanueva of South San Jose, Molo (141 votes), Ma. Frieda Bascoguin of Bagumbayan-Jalandoni, City Proper ( 138 votes), Barbara Joy Aroza from Nabitasan, La Paz (136 votes), Eva Palmejar from Lopez Jaena, Jaro (134 votes), Alain Rey Depatillo from Rizal Pala-pala, City Proper (133 votes), Connie Fernandez from San Roque , Jaro (131 votes), and Robert Richard Dolar of PHHC Block 22, Mandurriao
Ong promised to lead La Liga in transparency while thanking the other village leaders for supporting him.

Also elected in La Liga leaders are Sara's Neptali C. Salcedo Jr. Vice-Chairman with 40 votes and Andres T. Bedro Jr. of Balasan as auditor with 41 votes
The eight members of the Board of Directors are Jerry T. Tuares of Tigbauan (38 votes), Edna D. Miane de Carles (38 votes), Ferdinand E.
