LONDON (WFLA / NBC) – The family of the late defender of the Australian environment and "crocodile hunter" Steve Irwin is following his example with a new TV show dedicated to their work on wildlife conservation.
"Crikey! These are the Irwins, "will follow Irwin's wife, Terri, and their two children, Bindi and Robert, caring for animals in their Australian zoo in Queensland, as well as various expeditions.
The late Steve Irwin died in 2006 after being pierced by a serrated barb when he was turning off the Great Barrier Reef in northern Australia.
"Some of the highlights for me are the fact that we continue on Dad's footsteps and that everything we do today at the Australia Zoo and with our work on wildlife warriors is exactly what that he started, "said Bindi Irwin.
"So, in the show, we'll spend incredible moments thinking about what it's been doing before, from feeding crocodiles to koalas hugs, to seeing you doing exactly the same thing, making sure everything you've got 39, he loved has been preserved the future. "
Bindi, who has already had her own TV show, will work at the Zoo Wildlife Hospital.
His brother said that the family also went abroad.
"Crikey! These are the Irwins', which will debut Oct. 28 on Animal Planet.
