After being the star of the city for his viral video of a birthday that went wrong, Cesar Montano is back to fix things with another message.

Montano was previously in the spotlight for a salute to a Sta. Ana, Manila, but did not notice that he had accidentally caught a woman, supposedly naked, in front of the camera.

The actor and former chief of tourism council congratulated GMA journalist Arnold Clavio for his happy birthday, as evidenced by Clavio's entry on Instagram on Saturday.

Unlike the last video, Montano is seen this time sitting comfortably in a couch and sends Clavio – whom he calls "konsehal (advisor) Igan" – his greetings.

"'Wag mong kakalimutan may na Buboy na nagmamahal sa'yo (do not forget that there is a Buboy who likes you). God bless you, "said the actor to the presenter. And in reference to his viral video, he joked, "Sorry, bottom Walang ha! (Sorry, there is no background)! "

In an Inquirer play by Dolly Anne Carvajal, entertainment writer, Montano said she has received thousands of requests for birthday greetings since her video exploded on social media. "But the fact is, I can not follow up on their requests to focus on the background rather than me. And a hundred other requests concern only my welcome voice-over message. The video will be enlarged on the background (laughs), "he told Carvajal by SMS. / ra
