Graduated from the Institute of Medical Sciences and Health De La Salle in Dasmariñas, Cavite was ranked among the best among 3,717 out of 4,542 who passed the doctors certification exam, announced Tuesday the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Kurl Eduvas Jamora is ranked first with a score of 91.08%, followed by Martin Angelo Zanoria of the Cebu Institute of Medicine with a score of 90.92%.
Roy Christopher Ang, of St. Louis University, shared third place with Ernest Paggabao, of the University of Santo Tomas, both with a score of 90.58%.
Meanwhile, the Cebu Institute of Medicine ranked as the highest performing school with a 99.33% success rate, while the University of Santo Tomas ranked second with a success rate of 98.71%.
The results of the examination were published five working days after the last day of the examination.
It was administered by the City of Manila, Baguio, Cebu and Davao City Medical Council in September 2018. / atm
