The 13th edition of the University Course (UR) is expected to be larger and more lively with around 3,000 participants expected to converge in front of the Cebu Doctors Hospital (CDUH) in the Northern Protest Zone in Mandaue in August. 26.
The sporting event organized by the Run For Sight Foundation will be a tribute to the late President of the CDUH, Dr. Potenciano Larrazabal Jr., who passed away last June. This is the second tribute that he will pay him.

This year's race will feature the 10km, 5k and 3k categories. There will be open, old and student divisions of men and women. All 10K and 5K finishers will each receive a finisher medal with the engraved image of Larrazabal Jr.
Dr. Philip Anthony Larrazabal, President of the Cebu University of Physicians, said that The race usually inaugurates the school Intramurals. "The students are looking forward to this, it will be very busy because there are side events and competitions for the students," he said.
Technical Director Joel Juarez said the road will be the same as last year. The 10K will have two loops of the 5K route
The registration fee is at P600 for the 10K, P500 for the 5K, and P300 for the 3K. Registration opened on July 18th. (RSC)
