For Christians, life and death are part of a belief system that should affect the way we live. Faith and death are inextricably linked. Naturally, one must die in this world and be reborn at the other. We believe that Christ died physically and that He conquered this death so that we could access eternal life as the blessing of the Father.

All this life and something of death-and-life can be confusing, and sometimes overwhelming, that's where faith comes in. For those who claim to have faith in the reality of Jesus Christ, our facts are sometimes based on what we can not see, touch or understand. Believers know life, eternal life, exists on many levels. Death in itself is neither the beginning nor the end of anything. Life and death are the continuation of an existence that has always been here. Our life is only a temporary form of eternal life. Our faith requires more than a leap. It requires intellectual enlightenment.

If you believe in electricity, you know that when you turn on a switch, the room you are in becomes illuminated. You act accordingly. If you do not believe in electricity, switches and light bulbs have a very different meaning for you. If you believe in Christ, your vision of death is totally different from the one who does not. This knowledge does not facilitate the transition from this life to the other. However, it puts into perspective some things in this life.

I am now at an age when my mortality should be accepted, given the faith that I have in my immortality. After all, we are supposed to walk by faith and not by sight. To do this, we must accept an awareness yet to experience which is the foundation of our belief in the life, death and life of Jesus Christ.

The specter of your death should not prevent us from meeting every day, every person, every situation and every circumstance is renewed and renewed in the opportunity to live life again and again, again every day. What we are going through, including pain and suffering, as well as joy and happiness, is essential to the eternal cycle of life.

By faith, Christians believe that everything is possible because God is able to accomplish anything. This includes the victory over death. This includes recognizing our own immortality with Him. Therefore, death is the business of God, just like life. Faith allows us to put everything in his hands. This is only one step closer to God.

In many cultures, the death of the world is considered a cause for celebration. It is, or should be, the same for Christians. "Do not be afraid of what you are going to suffer, I tell you that the devil will put some of you in prison to test you and you will suffer persecution for ten days. to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life, He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches, and he who overcomes will not be hurt by the second death. "Revelation 2: 10-11.
