President Duterte announced Thursday the appointment of Associate Judge Samuel Martires as a new mediator.

"We have a new mediator.I have signed the appointment of judge Martires," said the president on the occasion of the 69th anniversary of the municipality of Ipil, capital of the province of Zamboanga Sibugay
