MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – President Rodrigo Duterte has appointed Samuel Martires, Deputy Judge of the Supreme Court, as mediator.
Duterte announced Thursday in a speech to Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay On July 26, Martires will replace the ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales, who retires the same day.
